PLUMBING DIAMOND PLAN

Ensure your water heater is operating safely and efficiently with our annual flush, and have peace of mind that all your drains and toilets are working correctly when our professional technician inspects your home. If a problem arises, you’ll get priority service and special discounts on all repairs. Treat yourself this year by knowing your family and home will be dry and comfortable, no matter what wild Texas weather comes through.

One-time Premium Plumbing Inspection Includes:
  • Priority service if you have a problem
  • Water heater flush and element/burner assembly inspection ($50 for additional)
  • Dye test on three toilets to check for leaks ($20 for additional toilets)

  • Visual inspection of all water supply lines, washing machine hoses, and drains

ONE- TIME PLUMBING WINTERIZATION

Plumbing winterization plays a crucial role in hot regions like Texas, particularly when unexpected power outages occur and bring along weeks of extreme cold weather. While Texas is known for its scorching summers, its infrastructure is often ill-prepared to handle prolonged freezing temperatures. When power is lost during such extreme cold spells, the absence of electricity compromises heating systems, which can lead to frozen pipes and subsequent bursting. By implementing effective plumbing winterization measures, such as insulating exposed pipes, sealing gaps and cracks, and draining water from outdoor fixtures, homeowners can mitigate the risk of frozen pipes and the costly damages they can cause. This morning while I was making the rounds at our main location at 6511 Blanco, I came across two service technicians that were so pleasant and thoughtful, I just had to complement them for being so courteous and responsive. To be honest, I have never met anyone from Comfort-Air that does not fit this description! Their names are Michael and Cody and they are at our main location doing maintenance detail this morning. “I’m still learning the thermostat, but I’m pleased with my HVAC so far. At first I thought my ok Carrier was more efficient and cooled better, even at 101 temperature, but the closet had to be repaired where it was housed and it had to come out. I really liked my Carrier, oh well. It still had life but hard to get parts for it. I’m happy with the Daikin. It is quiet. I chose this product over many of the quotes because of Daniel’s clear explanations about the whole process and the Daikin products. I really wanted to best choice, the Dankin Fit, but concerned it might be more complicated than I need in my life at this time.
