Count On Our Heating Services

If you’re like many of your colleagues and friends in your community, then it’s likely that you rarely give your heating system a second thought. In fact, many people neglect even calling for timely repairs on their heating systems until an issue becomes large enough that it can no longer be ignored.

If this has happened to you, don’t stress: just contact our team of heating experts to deliver fast and reliable heater repair, boiler installation, heat pump services, and much more. Our technicians can help you determine why your boiler may not be heating your rooms as efficiently as it once did, why your system may be making strange sounds and turning off when it should be in operation. We can even deliver heat pump installation services to increase your home’s efficiency and reduce your monthly energy costs.

Signs That You Need Heating Repair

You want to be certain that you can rely on your heating system to deliver warm, comfortable air whenever the temperatures begin to dip, and that means investing in timely furnace and heating repairs whenever you notice that there is something amiss.

Of course, the most obvious sign that repairs are needed is when no warm air is being produced at all, but some of the other warning signs that you may need reliable furnace repair include:

  • Unusual noises: If your furnace is groaning, banging, or clanging while in operation then give us a call for servicing.
  • Reduced air quality: If your furnace isn’t heating your rooms as quickly and reliably as it once did, give us a call.
  • Turning on and off: If your furnace turns itself off before it’s finished heating your rooms, contact us for quick furnace repair solutions.

AC Issues? No Problem

Most of us depend heavily on our air conditioners to keep us cool during those hot Texas days, which makes AC maintenance a top priority for our technicians. We understand that the best way to make sure that your rooms are filled with cold, comfortable air is to invest in timely AC repairs, which is why we offer AC maintenance services to keep an eye on your unit.

Our technicians are also available to help you find a replacement for your old, worn-out air conditioning unit. We’ll never charge you for an estimate on AC replacement services and can assist you with choosing the appropriately-sized model to suit your needs. We will then install it perfectly and make sure that it is running without error before we consider the job “done”.

Do You Need AC Repair Services?

The easiest way to know for sure that something is wrong with your AC unit is when it stops delivering cold air to your home, or when your system fails to turn on when you try to start it up. That being said, if your AC system hasn’t been maintained in a while, then it may have other, less obvious issues, which may be causing it to work less effectively.

Some of these issues include:

  • Leaking freon: If you’ve noticed puddles forming close to your unit, call us for effective repair services.
  • Loud noises: Your AC unit shouldn’t make loud banging or whirring sounds while in operation; if it is, give us a call for an inspection.
  • Reduced air quality: Is your unit taking longer than usual to cool your rooms? Then a malfunction may be the cause.
  • Turning on and off: If your system struggles to stay on while in operation, give us a call and we’ll come to figure out why.

The Importance of Quality Heating Services

Investing in your home’s heating system is the best way to ensure that it will work reliably whenever you need it, and that includes booking annual furnace and heater maintenance services from your local experts at Comfort- Air Engineering and Primo Plumbing, Inc.

During our inspections, we can quickly repair any small issues which may be compromising the quality of your system and can inform you of any larger issues which may need attention in the future. That way you can plan your larger furnace repairs so that they don’t break the bank or come as a surprise when you turn on your system.

What is Considered a Plumbing Emergency?

There are few things that are quite as stressful as dealing with a plumbing emergency. Not only can these situations damage your home, but also they can pose health concerns for you and your family. The two most common plumbing emergencies are burst pipes and gas line leaks. A burst pipe can happen for a few reasons, like damage from construction or roots growing into underground plumbing. However, if left unrepaired, a burst pipe can pour gallons of water into your home and cause extensive property damage.

A leaking gas line may not be as destructive to the property, but it can be deadly for those insides. While you can be on the lookout for symptoms like strange odors or lightheadedness, a gas leak can go undetected and result in catastrophic loss. If you suspect you have a gas leak, you should immediately leave your home and call for emergency plumbing solutions.

At Primo Plumbing, Inc, we are available for 24-hour emergency services and can help you protect your home and family in your time of need.

Why Upgrade to a Tankless Water Heater?

A tankless water heater can offer plenty of great benefits, making them a perfect choice for homeowners in Garden Ridge. These benefits include:

  • Energy Savings: Unlike tanked units, which heat water all day, tankless units heat water on demand, which can help you save money year-round. This is especially true for larger homes or apartments.
  • Endless Supply of Hot Water: One annoying problem with a tanked water heater is that you’re limited to the hot water that can be stored in the tank. With a tankless water heater, prepare to enjoy a limitless supply of hot water all day long.
  • Space Savings: The most liked benefit of a tankless water heater is its small size. Instead of taking up a whole closet, they can easily be stored with half the space, presenting an opportunity for more storage and convenience in your home.

For all your Garden Ridge water heater repairs, maintenance, and installations, look to Primo Plumbing, Inc.

We had a broken water pipe in our slab. Primo plumbing came the same day that I called. They did an awesome job. They cleaned up debris, swept, and may have mopped after the job was finished. The plumbers were very courteous and professional. Great company.

I had a plumber come to our house to clear a recurrent problem with our main drain line. He failed to clear it and was mystified why he was unable to do so. After that initial failure, I called spoke to a Supervisor at Primo Plumbing. He sent a Master Plumber to my home who diagnosed the problem almost immediately that the prior plumber was unable to find. I’ve been doing business with Primo for a long time. They’re always exceptional. In this case it was my second project completed by Steve (the Master Plumber) and his Partner (Owen). I am so grateful that this ongoing problem was diagnosed and repaired professionally and thoroughly and that Primo stands behind and guarantees its work.

We recently had Comfort Air replace our air conditioner and furnace. After soliciting a few bids, it was clear that their team knew their products, inside and out. We were impressed by their wealth of knowledge and patience with our questions. The install team was incredibly quick, tidy, courteous, and punctual. Kudos to Adrian, Jonathan, Ramon, and Daniel for your efforts.

I had a great experience with Comfort Air for my home AC repair. Robert, the technician, was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me in detail. He walked me through the issue and discussed all my options. His professionalism and patience were greatly appreciated, and I never felt pressured into unnecessary repairs. The service was prompt, thorough, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend Comfort Air and will definitely call them again for any future HVAC needs!

Everyone at Comfort Air /Primo Plumbing is friendly and professional. I have used them on several occasions to install and/or service: a series of April Aire filters, UVC lights, multiple AC units (service), multiple plumbing and RO fixtures, a whole house water softener and whole house water filtration system… and I’ve never regretted choosing them. Everyone on their staff from the office staff…sales team…AC service … to the plumbing crew was fantastic…professional, respectful, courteous, and kind. I highly recommend Comfort Air Primo Plumbing (10 out of 5 stars)!

Dear Comfort-Air,

This morning while I was making the rounds at our main location at 6511 Blanco, I came across two service technicians that were so pleasant and thoughtful, I just had to complement them for being so courteous and responsive. To be honest, I have never met anyone from Comfort-Air that does not fit this description! Their names are Michael and Cody and they are at our main location doing maintenance detail this morning. Not only are they very polite, they are happy young men! And, yes, they were quick to share that they enjoy their jobs; obviously!

I don’t know how long our practice has been associated with Comfort-Air, regardless, everyone that has ever stepped on to our premises fit the description I referenced above. It is a pleasure having technicians who interact so well with all with whom they come into contact while on our premises! I hope to continue our association with Comfort-Air for years to come! My other very positive interaction with someone from your staff was with Drew Scroggins, who was super helpful in helping me address an issue at one of our other locations.

Simply put, Comfort-Air has a great recruitment and retention program. Keep up the great work!

Thank you.

We’ve had the pleasure of working with Comfort Air for the past 2 years and our experience has been outstanding, specifically from our Commercial Account Manager Adam Schmidt.

Adam is very responsive to our HVAC and plumbing needs and responds quickly.

Adam created a preventative maintenance plan for our systems and we have seen less reactive calls and the units are running much better.

What sets Adam and Comfort Air apart is their willingness to go above and beyond. Whether it’s accommodating last-minute maintenance requests or driving to Austin on a Sunday to fix an issue, they continuously deliver with excellent customer service and integrity.

We highly recommend Comfort Air to any organization seeking a dependable and high-quality HVAC/plumbing partnership. We look forward to continuing our successful collaboration for years to come.

Mercedes-Benz of Boerne has been in operation for twenty years now and overtime we have dealt with many HVAC companies.  Over the last three years we have been using Comfort Air exclusively and could not be happier with the management, administration and technicians.  Our Manager, Spence Henn is always responsive with setting up service calls and accounting invoices in a timely fashion with all the detail and cost of the work.  With over 32 HVAC units and unfortunately something always needing some repair this team always is on point to get our units back in operation!

Highly recommended.

Just wanted to send along an email after our last issue at one of my buildings.

Phil,

I have been in San Antonio, in Plant Operations, for almost 16 years now. Ever since being introduced to you guys 12 years ago- I have used Comfort Air/ Primo Plumbing at every facility.

Sometimes companies are reluctant to switch vendors- but selling your company is easy. You’re fast, personable and professional. There are many times I brought you guys in and not only did take care of the immediate issue- but you also diagnosed and took care of a long-standing problem, thought unfixable.

I appreciate all of you in your organization.

You guys care, and THIS is why Comfort Air/ Primo Plumbing is successful.

Thanks again.

“I’m still learning the thermostat, but I’m pleased with my HVAC so far. At first I thought my ok Carrier was more efficient and cooled better, even at 101 temperature, but the closet had to be repaired where it was housed and it had to come out. I really liked my Carrier, oh well. It still had life but hard to get parts for it. I’m happy with the Daikin. It is quiet. I chose this product over many of the quotes because of Daniel’s clear explanations about the whole process and the Daikin products. I really wanted to best choice, the Dankin Fit, but concerned it might be more complicated than I need in my life at this time.
