“I could not be any happier that Daniel was the technician to come and service our heater. He explained to detail what the problem was how that part took role on the operation of the system and gave a less figure on more less the cost. He also explained if that was not the problem he would continue checking until the problem was solved. Fortunately, on the first try he determined the problem and took care of it. Professional, detailed, courtesy was excellent. Thank you very much we are very satisfied.”

“It is very important this message reaches the supervisor of the employee Bryan who recently serviced our home at Cedro. Before Bryan we had 3 companies and 5 different technicians to our home to address or furnace and A/c problem. Each of the previous employees gave us different diagnoses and still could not fix the problem. Bryans competence level was way beyond any HVAC person that has come to our home. He listened to everything I had told him and asked the right questions so that he assessed the entire system thoroughly. He went above and beyond to not only fix the system, but as he was ready to leave, he checked with my husband to see if we were satisfied. At that time, my husband explains to Brian that the way the system had been fixed was not the way our system worked originally. The previous settings made both thermostats as masters and Brian took the time to talk with my husband, went back into the home and reset the system to make sure my husband and I were satisfied. In addition to his level of knowledge, Bryan was very professional and personable. He took the time to explain the problems, and showed us pictures. Comfort-Air was recommended to us by a previous employer of your company (Sergio), who said you guys were the best, but expensive. We don’ mind paying for competence especially after paying two previous companies who did not fix the problem. We were told our system needed about $1500 of repairs when, Bryan confirmed the only problem to repair was actually caused by one of the previous technicians! Thank you for sending Bryan out to our home, I hope you realize employees like him are what make your company strong and successful!!!”
